1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DailyStore, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Digital Products & Refunds

All products sold on DailyStore are digital goods.Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the product key or download has been accessed. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or accidentally purchased items.

3. License Limited

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not allow you to:

• Modify, copy, or resell the materials;
• Use the materials for any public display or commercial purpose;
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software covering the Service.

4. Account Security

DailyStore connects buyers with digital goods. Upon delivery, you assume full responsibility for the security of the account/product. We are not liable for:

• Account suspensions or bans occurring after successful delivery and verification.
• Loss of access caused by user negligence (e.g., sharing credentials).
• Individuals reporting technical issues without leaving a positive review (vouch) on the associated Discord server immediately forfeit their right to the warranty.

5. Third-Party Products & No Affiliation

DailyStore is an independent reseller of digital products. We are not the original publisher, developer, or rights holder of the products offered on the Service, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any trademarks, brand names, platform names, or service names referenced on the Service belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any third-party platforms, publishers, or service providers associated with the products sold on DailyStore.

Customers are always encouraged to purchase digital products directly from the original publisher or authorized distributor if they prefer an official or direct purchase channel. This disclaimer does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights regarding conformity of the product at the time of delivery.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, violate applicable laws, or if your account activity poses a security risk to the Service or other users. Where possible and appropriate, we will provide reasonable advance notice of such termination and the opportunity to remedy the breach.

Immediate termination without prior notice may occur in cases of severe violation, including but not limited to: fraud, chargebacks, distribution of malware, or flagrant abuse of the Service.

7. Service Duration Guarantee

Any reference to "lifetime" access refers to the lifecycle of the specific product on our Service ("Service Duration"). We guarantee access to purchased digital content for as long as we have the legal right and technical capability to provide it.

If we successfully deprecate a product or service, we will endeavor to provide at least 30 days' notice through our communication channels, allowing you to back up any necessary data.
